Pneumatic Solenoid Valve - Valvair II Series

The Valvair II valve is a robust, versatile valve that is well suited for general to harsh industrial applications, such as concrete aggregate plants and steel mills.

It offers flow factors up to 12 Cv. The valve can be installed as a single inline or subbase valve for point-of-use applications, or mounted on segmented manifolds for centralized applications.

A variety of operators are available from air piloted to solenoid air piloted, with direct conduit or junction box electrical connection.

The valves are field converted from standard internal to external pilot operated service, and are suitable for non-lube operation.

Dynamic urethane o-rings with an off-center parting line, coupled with Nituf coated and hardened aluminum spools, create a valve with improved lubrication retention and low friction operation.

Sandwich pressure regulators can also be added to the valve stack to control air pressure at each valve application.
